Sorry to hear that Aaron. So many strange people out there. You can rest assured I am normal as can be. I go on the Palestinian marches when I can. I understand the Palestinian background. I feel sick that Israelis are so very cruel. Do you know any Arabic people? If so, how do you find them as people? There is a lot of demeaning speech about them. It is clearly a deliberate ploy to damage their reputations.

Have you ever been to Gaza of West Bank?

As for that stalker...I hope he/she got arrested and I hope it is not happening anymore.

I recommend that you be outdoors in nature several tomes a week if not daily. And not in a tame city park, but in unstructured spaces where you can see wildlife and native vegetation and reflect upon how the natural, lasting world changes and is influenced by its parts. Experiencing nature is proven to help with depression and other mental Illnesses. Good luck!

Red Light Therapy

Earthing (walking barefoot on the grass or sand for prolonged periods or using an earthing mat for sleep or work)

Parasite Cleanse (yes, even in developed countries)

Structured Water

Heavy Metals detoxification (from the "crazy" stuff you don't wish to acknowdlege is being systematically sprayed on you from 10,000 feet via geoengineering, stratospheric injection,, cloud seeding, etc.)

Eat a high PH diet (get your system more alkaline)

Exercise enough to daily sweat

Consider going wi-fi free and hard cabling all of your electronics (limit your proximity and use of them -- your phone is one of the worst form those "invisible" yet damaging electromagnetic frequencies most people are in denial of)

Get a blue scree filter for your screen electronics

Try taking melatonin (or I use 5-HTP) to regulate your sleep and to "unclog" your pineal gland, which is likely calcified from years of toxin intake (in all of our food & water).

Prayer/meditation/intermittent fasting/yoga/re-pioritize in your life what's most important and your health should be at (or bear) the top so you are your best for the tasks before you -- and the people around you.

We can control ourselves. Others not so much. The evil in the world - see James 4:7

I think we’re all wracked with guilt that we haven’t stopped the genocide.

But it’s not our guilt to bear.

People with huge online presence did nothing.

Politicians did nothing to stop the psychos in the White House. Make no mistake - there is no difference between democrats/republicans.

Trump just says the quiet part out loud.

US & Europe are preparing for war.

We’re all going to suffer, so squeeze as much joy as you can out of this beleaguered planet - while you can.

It's not guilt, but an awful feeling of both anger and powerlessness to stop it.

I feel guilty eating well, having three toilets in one house, playing games, or even just socialising more than once every few weeks…

It's understandable to feel torn between writing a book and caring for yourself. At times, I pushed myself too hard and ended up physically unwell because I didn’t prioritize self-care. Shaking off that guilt when you feel you’re falling behind can be challenging. I still hear my parents’ voices in my head, calling me a "quitter" when things get tough, and I know I'm not alone in that.

I noticed you mentioned having ADHD; I can relate! I wasn’t diagnosed until later in life, and I definitely struggled with missed deadlines and forgotten tasks when life got overwhelming. When I became self-employed, I became anxious about making those same mistakes, making me hesitate to take any breaks. I was worried I’d lose my train of thought or momentum. It’s a tricky balance to find, but remember to be gentle with yourself along the way!
