Dear Antonio and fellow U.N. Staff

My Reference: UNITED NATIONS/HAMAS/SEXUAL VIOLENCE LIST OBJECTION/15/AUG/25

I was extremely disappointed and, indeed, also very angry that you, and/or a committee associated with you, have decided to include HAMAS on a list of organisations or nations guilty of serious sexual crimes.

Speaking directly and frankly, I believe you have very regretfully crumbled and succumbed to Israeli and Zionist pressure and threats about NOT adding ISRAEL to this list, and, instead, very wrongly adding HAMAS to it!

HAMAS, and related Gaza Freedom Fighters, as you should know, have never - even once - been proven to have committed rape, or other sexual offences, on October 7 2023.

ISRAEL made numerous vague and some bizarre specific allegations and accusations, just after October 7 2023, but nearly all of these proved to be either wholly untrue or very serious distortions of the true facts.

Numerous false accusations were made - mass murdered and beheaded babies, families butchered in front of one another, bodies fully dismembered, mass and gang rape, individual rapes, etc.

Yet NOT ONE SINGLE RAPE VICTIM came forwards during the Official Israeli Criminal Investigation and NO FORENSIC, OR VERIFIED VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE has ever been presented.

A year and two thirds later (20 months after the events of October 7 2023,) Israel has clearly simply rehashed their old debunked and disproven accusations about mass rape, gang rape and individual rapes in a highly biased Dinah Report (nearly all originating from unprofessional ZAKA rescue workers and Rami Davidian, with NO NEW EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER, together with an invented and totally unnamed list of allegedly fifteen (15) women and one (1) man, with no specific allegations attributed as from any one of these so-called victims. It is very similar, and occasionally identical to, sections and paragraphs of the highly misleading unofficial House of Lords Report, in relation to alleged sexual offences by HAMAS (although, for transparency, most of this particular ‘investigative’ report was otherwise seemingly accurate.) There has been no professional, forensic investigation into these so-called “new” claims, because they are simply not new, even if small details have been added or removed.

Yes, there was a U.N. Report on alleged sexual violence on October 7 2023, but it was highly flawed in a number of ways, because it very wrongly relied upon the wholly unproven assumption, and flurry of vague slanderous accusations and allegations of Israeli officials and so-called fully-debunked ZAKA informal witness testimony (who were not even there at the time,) without any proven forensic evidence, videos or photographs of even one rape or sexual assault!

NO MAN OR GROUP OF MEN SHOULD EVER BE ALLOWED TO BE ACCUSED OF RAPE, OR SEXUAL ASSAULT, WITHOUT BOTH UTTERLY CONCLUSIVE FORENSIC EVIDENCE, AND ALSO RELIABLE WITNESS TESTIMONY BEING PRESENTED, IN AN OFFICIAL AND INDEPENDENT CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.

YET ISRAEL HAS NOT ALLOWED EVEN THE U.N. ACCESS TO ALLEGED EVIDENCE AND ALLEGED VICTIMS, LET ALONE AN INDEPENDENT POLICE AND FORENSIC INVESTIGATION.

FURTHERMORE, NO MAN OR GROUP OF MEN SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE ACCUSED OF RAPE OR SEXUAL ASSAULT, WITHOUT ALSO HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND TO THOSE ALLEGATIONS.

THIS IS BASIC LEGAL AND MORAL COMMON SENSE.

You also well know by now, that with ISRAEL, “EVERY ACCUSATION IS A CONFESSION.”

ISRAEL, on the other hand, I am informed, despite very extensive, and often irrefutable documentation, of numerous rapes by Israeli detention centre, Israeli prison guards and I.D.F. soldiers, but, despite all this, ISRAEL has NOT been added to this list!

This is utterly disgusting and utterly unacceptable.

YOU MUST NOT ADD AN ORGANISATION OR COUNTRY TO A LIST OF ORGANISATIONS WHO ARE GUILTY OF SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SEXUAL CRIMES, WHEN THERE IS EITHER NO TRUE EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER, OR WHEN THERE IS EXTREMELY ISOLATED EXAMPLES OF RAPE OR SEXUAL ASSAULT (which would be true in many large or relatively large organisations anyway.)

YOU MUST ALSO, WITHOUT HESITATION, ADD ISRAEL TO THIS LIST AND RESCIND YOUR INTENTION TO ADD HAMAS TO THIS LIST.

I take this matter extremely seriously and therefore I insist on any updates regarding the progress of my complaint, or, alternatively, a letter from yourselves to confirm that HAMAS have now been removed from this list (or proposed list) and, furthermore, that ISRAEL are instead going to be added to this list.

I would also necessary add and state that I neither condemn, nor support, HAMAS; likewise, I neither condemn, nor support, encouragement of support for HAMAS.
