Petition: DE-DESIGNATION OF HAMAS AS A TERRORIST ORGANISATION AND DESIGNATION OF ISRAEL AS A TERRORIST ROGUE STATE

Since late October onwards, it has gradually come to light that most of the atrocities Hamas and other Palestinian men were alleged to have committed were, in fact, deliberate lies and slander, as well as the highly alarming imaginations of unqualified rescue workers. These include the infamous 40 beheaded and burnt babies lies, the babies in ovens lies, as well as the mass rape and gang rape lies, etc.

These lies and bizarre imaginations were partially but highly significantly used to justify Israel’s outrageous and brutal attacks on predominantly Gazan civilians with, on approximate average, 9 civilians killed for each single Hamas freedom fighter killed.

Incredibly and highly shockingly, even more importantly, within a month of Israel’s brutal retaliations for 7 October 2023’s attacks and hostage taking, Israel’s IAF and IDF were exposed as, under their own ‘Hannibal Directive’, having murdered approximately half of the 695 civilians (to wit 350 or so) of the 1,139 who were killed on 7 October 2023. This was done by Apache helicopters shooting both civilian vehicles and also Hamas vehicles, some of which were carrying civilian hostages and captured IDF soldiers; and also by IDF tanks and flame throwers destroying whole homes and the families, and individuals inside, at the various Kibbutzim. Approximately, one third of soldiers were therefore killed by Israel, not Hamas. It is estimated that Israel killed a total of around 150 of the 444 armed soldiers and armed security guards that day. This means that Israel killed around 500 of its own and Hamas killed or murdered approximately 650 armed soldiers and civilians, not the 1,139 as finally claimed by Israel.

Despite certain evidenced or admitted acts of terror on 7 October 2023, Hamas is - in fact - not a terrorist organisation, despite being wrongly designated as such by a relatively small number of mostly Western governments, currently including the UK. In fact, they are actually a democratically elected government, with a political wing, a health wing and a military wing.

As an occupied country, Gazan Palestinians have a legal right of resistance and self-defence.

Israel, on the other hand, are illegal occupiers, who have no legal right of self-defence to any resistance force or action, nor any right to invade any other country, including both Gaza and Lebanon, nor the Palestinian West Bank.

Furthermore, Israel have illegally committed blatant genocide, mass displacement, ethnic cleansing and starvation of Gaza, and now also Lebanon, as well as committed numerous blatant war crimes and ex-judicial assassinations in various sovereign countries, thereby defining themselves as a rogue, pariah terrorist state.

The petitioner, therefore, insists and urgently urges that, in line with most other countries’ legal understanding, Hamas are de-designated as a terrorist organisation within the United Kingdom.

The petitioner, therefore, insists and urgently urges that the United Kingdom should rather designate Israel as a terrorist rogue state, to wit, their IDF and IAF are, henceforth, designated as terrorist organisations. Necessarily, this would also mean immediately embargoing, sanctioning and boycotting Israel.
