(A Summary of my Second Book's 'REDEFINING ANTI-SEMITISM' Chapter on the IHRA.)

[In IHRA] Contemporary examples of antisemitism include, but are not limited to:

Firstly, it has to be said that the IHRA is primarily simply a misguided and corrupt Jewish Zionist, Zionist and 'Christian' Zionist attempt to redefine ANTI-SEMITISM to also refer to criticism of either Zionism or the nation, military or government of Israel. Secondly, it is highly manipulative in and of itself, as the meaning of ANTI-SEMITISM was never about criticism, but rather highly unfair or irrational hatred or persecution of Jews as a whole. A glance at almost any dictionary also confirms this!

"Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion."

Firstly, that seems entirely reasonable at first, but justifying in which senses? Would this include justifying self-defence and necessary retaliation in response to occupation, attacks and oppression by Jews?? Secondly, the second part of this sentence sneakily tries to claim that someone either has to be a terrorist, or a religious extremist, in order to fight back! Thirdly, Zionism itself is a radical political and pseudo-religious ideology and also quite exremist religious view in many ways, so your statement works both ways!

"Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as collective — such as, especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions."

That's quite a list! Firstly, last time I checked, it wasn't illegal to make suggestions or even allegations! Secondly, many of these things are simply largely factually true, particularly in relation to the United States' government and the majority of Western news media. Thirdly, even if they were not, people still have a perfect right and freedom of speech to suggest that they are! Fourthly, it's incredibly rich for Zionist Jews to preach about dehumanisation and demonizing of others!

"Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, or even for acts committed by non-Jews."

Again, particularly under freedom of dpeech, anyone is free to make allegations. If they are stated as fact, and you can prove that they are untrue, you always have the legal option of suing them for defamation.

"Denying the fact, scope, mechanisms (e.g. gas chambers) or intentionality of the genocide of the Jewish people at the hands of National Socialist Germany and its supporters and accomplices during World War II (the Holocaust.)"

"Accusing the Jews as a people, or Israel as a state, of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust."

Firstly, this is fine, unless you are claiming exactly or anywhere near six million Jews were murdered, because there is zero evidence of a number this large. Secondly, the utterly scandalous hypocrisy and huge irony of Jews denying a Second Holocaust and genocide in Gaza, and another genocide in Lebanon, is disgustingly evil.

"Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations."

Firstly, again anyone is free to accuse others of anything. Secondly, there are many examples where this is clearly true.

"Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor."

Firstly, this is deliberately trying to conflate political Zionism with the Jewish people as a whole. Secondly, the phrase "self-determination" is used to imply an innocent wish. Thirdly, the 1948 Nakba was indeed a racist, Xenophobic endeavour. Israel is stolen lives, land, homes and wealth. It is only that these things are given back to the Palestinians.

"Applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation."

Highly ironical, given the huge, wholly unacceptable and almost total evil impunity that the 'nation' of Israel is given by the United States and many other European countries, etc.

"Using the symbols and images associated with classic antisemitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis."

Firstly, by "or blood libel" are you seriously suggesting that Jews must never be accused of   murder or maiming, even when Zionist Jewish Israel is committing a Second Holocaust and multiple Genocides? Secondly, if you are particularly referring to the symbols of Nazism, such as the Swastika, it would be very wise indeed to avoid speaking, writing or behaving like, or even worse than, Nazis.

"Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis."

Firstly, making comparisons is a normal and, nearly always, a wholly legal thing to do. Secondly, Israeli military, police and judicial policy is indeed often akin to the Nazi regime, its war crimes and human rights abuses, so the comparison is almost entirely valid. Don't behave like Nazis and you will be unlikely to be accused of being Nazis!

"Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel."

Firstly, this is clearly deliberately trying to have it both ways. Secondly, either Israel is the nation of the Jews, or it is not. Thirdly, Jews make up about 98% of the IOF (IDF) and IAF. Fourthly, the Israeli government are almost wholly either Jewish or Zionist, or both. Fifthly, nearly all Jews are more than happy to refer to "Nazi Germany", despite many Germans being innocent civilans and victims of the Third Reich. Sixthly, if you mean, do not hold responsible, or hold otherwise guilty, any Jews or Jewish groups who are not commiting Genocide, war crimes and human rights abuses, nor support or otherwise condone such things, are being wrongly targeted, then we would agree.

So, because of all of the above reasons, and also more very valid reasons, the IHRA definition should be REJECTED.
